Job Description
- Up till $3,500 basic + Up to 2 months bonus
- Work Location: Venture Drive
- Work time: 5-day work week, Mon-Fri, 9:00AM-6:00PM

Job Description:
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Handle offer discussions and recruitment documentation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and major job portals.
