We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting top talent, with a deep understanding of the local job market and industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the SEA region.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely reporting of recruitment metrics.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs through networking and relationship-building activities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the Southeast Asian market.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent market trends.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess candidates and recruitment metrics.
