Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're expanding our APAC team and looking for a proactive, curious, relationshipdriven Talent Acquisition professional who loves sourcing great people, mapping new markets, and building long-term talent pipelines. If you enjoy using research, outreach, and insight to find exceptional talent before anyone else this role is for you.
What You'll Do
As our APAC Resourcing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our talent strategy. Your job is to stay one step ahead of the market by:
Finding & engaging high-quality talent
- Proactively sourcing candidates across Australia, NZ, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Korea and wider APAC.
- Using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and market mapping to uncover top passive talent.
- Conducting warm outreach, first-stage qualification calls, and building long-term relationships.
Building sustainable talent pipelines
- Creating and maintaining structured talent pools for specialist EHS, H&S, Risk and technical roles.
- Keeping talent engaged through regular check-ins, insights, and personalised candidate care.
- Ensuring our ATS is clean, well-tagged, and always up to date.
Providing real market intelligence
- Monitoring salary trends, hiring activity, competitor movements and talent availability across the region.
- Sharing insights that help shape our hiring strategy and support BD conversations.
Partnering with our APAC recruitment team
- Working closely with recruiters and the General Manager to anticipate upcoming hiring needs.
- Supporting rapid delivery for client roles through readybuilt pipelines and strong associate/contractor networks.

What You'll Bring
- 3-5+ years in sourcing, talent research, candidate engagement or recruitment support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM/ATS platforms.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a love for market intelligence.
- Experience working across APAC (nice to have, not mandatory).
