This position is responsible for the entire end-to end recruitment process, which includes screening, sourcing, selecting, and not limited to proactively headhunting top talent to support our Retail Pharmacy Operations. Additionally, this position requires close collaboration with Hiring Managers to understand manpower needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to define job requirements, specifications, and workforce planning needs.
- Effectively advertise job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific channels.
- Responsible for independently sourcing, selecting, and evaluating with various recruitment methods to attract, engage and hire potential candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates.
- Maintain an up-to-date and robust candidate pipeline, continuously nurturing relationships with potential candidates for present and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely execution of the recruitment process for selected candidates.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferable within the retail pharmacy or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in utilizing various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to proactively headhunt and engage with candidates using various methods.
- Willingness to travel as and when required.
