Job Description
- Exposure to Complete Recruitment life cycle. Expertise in Job assessment, Sourcing, Screening of resume, Initial screening Interview and follow-up.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
- Must have strong knowledge of sourcing techniques through social media, Naukri.
- Experience in C2H and Permanent Hiring.
- Source candidates on regular & niche platforms.
- Flexible enough to Meet Deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Video call and structured)
- Sound knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Create and main meticulous ATS records and perform other administrative / coordinative tasks associated with full lifecycle recruiting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
