Writing and posting job descriptions in different job portals: LinkedIn, SEEK,MyFutureJobs, Indeed, 51Jobs, local Government portals and other job portals
Source/hunt for profiles in IT area preferably SAP, Salesforce, Omnichannel (Cegid, Retail, E-Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Anaplan and Digital technologies
Sourcing of Profiles across the APJ countries like (but not limited to) Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, China, Philippines, Hong Kong, India.
Liaising with the Technical Validators, Business Managers for closing the positions.
Prepare work proposal and draft of contract and visa application documentation
Participate to our recruitment meeting and events
Participate to the on-boarding & off-boarding / coordination with HR Team
Participate to our Recruitment events or marketing campaign (School relationship, job fairs, referral campaign management,..)
Filling and other HR related administration
Profile
Minimum Bachelors Degree in HR or Business or IT
6-8 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
Hiring experience and good and Extensive network for the Greater China region
Experience with visa application for Malaysia
Stakeholder management- internal and external
Hands-on experience for hunting and sourcing of profiles for SAP, Salesforce.
Interview skills with understanding for the technologies- Solutions, Business Process, different roles and responsibilities.
Supports other TA projects like Market Trend, Process Optimisation
Familiarity with relevant Employment Law for Malaysia and any other Asian Countries.
Professionalism, organization, and project management skills is important
Self-starter, ability to work independently and/or as a team.
