Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet hiring needs across technology functions.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to align role requirements, candidate profiles, and selection processes.
  • Sound in using a variety of sourcing methods to build strong pipelines.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communications.
  • Provide advise to HRBPs and hiring manager on compensation package to close top candidates.
  • Manage the coordination of interview scheduling, background checks, assessment tools, and onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and data to support planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment SOP, processes, and procedures in line with market best practice to delivery best client experience.

Minimum Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in any disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within in-house or RPO environments.
  • Proven experience hiring for various IT function roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
