Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and
agency networks.
Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate fit and
qualifications.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role
requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and
future hiring needs.
Volume Hiring Coordination: Manage highvolume recruitment campaigns efficiently
while maintaining quality.
Overseas Recruitment: Coordinate and execute recruitment processes for international
hires, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Offer Management: Facilitate offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding
experience.
Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to
stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within a hiring agency.
Experience in overseas recruitment and hiring is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines.
Strategic mindset with a focus on candidate experience and process efficiency.
