About the Role:
Talent Development Lead is expected to end-to end manage the learning and development of employees in ASEAN countries including Singapore and contribute to business growth through aligning the learning interventions to business requirements and priorities. Also, drive and deploy global initiatives as part of Talent Development function.
Span of control: ASEAN TD Head (dotted line reporting to Singapore also): Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and S Korea
Key Responsibilities (including and not limited to the below):
Work closely with Accounts and their respective Cluster TD teams, to identify training needs, plan, and organize interventions in line with business requirements and measure effectiveness of the programs.
End to end program management for country specific learning programs including program framework design, planning, research, content curation, communication, and post training impact analysis. Track and maintain records for training and certifications for ASEAN, MIS /Data analytics and reports for the function, incl Country or Project's Annual Learning Planner for FY to meet set Learning Objectives Outcomes.
Plan and implement interventions for leadership development and drive organization level Leadership Behaviour and Culture initiatives for ASEAN,
ASEAN Fresh hires induction.: Plan, organize and manage the TCS Induction and TCS Xplore/Xperience Program for all fresh hires and ensure their smooth integration into the Accounts.
Deploy and drive overall Organization and APAC level training interventions across technologies/processes/domain and soft skills, by working closely with APAC and Pillar TD teams.
Identify and coordinate with external training providers to plan and organize training programs for specific areas in line with project training needs as well as country requirements. Manage contract/agreement signing with training providers, creation of purchase order and invoicing. Collaborate with TCS partner organizations to plan and drive competency development programs across market relevant technologies for capability upliftment of employees.
Drive ASEAN specific TD score card measures including mandatory policy compliances.
Support external/internal audits and local TCS committees from training perspective.
Eligibility
Total relevant experience of 8-10 years
TD Experience
Sound knowledge of TD processes and through with iEvolve and other learning platforms
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Stakeholder management (internal and external)
Ability to adapt in a multi-cultural environment

Key Skills and Experiences:
Degree in HR, Business Management, or relevant HR qualifications.
Above 5 years work experience as a HR generalist.
Experience in payroll management.
Hands-on using the HR system and tech savvy.
Familiar with country employment law and compliances and some exposure to the international HR practices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach to HR, ready to build and develop relationships.
Positive work attitude with a global mindset.
Proficient in using Microsoft Offices and Microsoft 365. Location: Based
