Job Description

The Recruitment Consultant (Candidate Sourcing & Management) plays a key role in supporting PERSOL Malaysia's recruitment delivery by managing end-to-end candidate sourcing activities and partnering closely with internal stakeholders to fulfill hiring needs. This role focuses on talent identification, candidate engagement, and recruitment process coordination to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (recruiters, and delivery teams) to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source and identify suitable candidates using recruitment databases, job portals, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate suitability.
  • Conduct pre-interview screenings (phone and/or face-to-face interviews) to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on candidate suitability and market availability.
  • Support recruitment KPIs related to sourcing efficiency, turnaround time, and candidate quality.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Interest in candidate sourcing, screening, and talent management.
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements concurrently.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Confident, professional, and pleasant personality.
