The Talent Sourcing Lead Manufacturing will lead a small team of sourcers to identify, engage, and attract top talent for manufacturing, engineering, and operations roles. This role requires an independent, self-motivated professional who can represent the company externally, build strong talent pipelines, and execute talent mapping, campus recruitment, and job fair initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
- Manage and mentor a small team of talent sourcers, ensuring high performance and development.
- Drive team accountability and ownership of sourcing goals.
Independent Sourcing & Talent Mapping:
- Conduct proactive talent mapping and market research for manufacturing, engineering, and operations roles.
- Identify and engage passive candidates, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Engagement & Employer Representation:
- Represent the company professionally at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and industry networking opportunities.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience that reflects the company's values and culture.
Campus Recruitment & Job Fairs:
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives for engineering and technical talent.
- Participate in job fairs and industry events to build brand visibility and attract top talent.
Talent Pipeline & Metrics Management:
- Maintain a strong and active talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Track sourcing metrics including pipeline strength, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
- Provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers and leadership based on data and market intelligence.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with manufacturing and engineering leaders to understand hiring priorities and skill requirements.
- Advise on sourcing strategies, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
