Role Purpose

Own the top of the funnel: identify, attract, and engage high-quality talent across priority roles; build pipelines and talent communities that shorten time-to-shortlist and improve quality-of-slate.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sourcing Strategy: Partner with TA/Conversion Partners and Hiring Managers to clarify role profiles and build channel strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, social, referrals, communities, boolean/X-ray search).
  • Market Mapping: Produce talent maps, competitor insights, and diversity slates for critical roles and future hiring needs.
  • Proactive Pipelining: Maintain warm pipelines and talent communities; run engagement cadences and nurture campaigns.
  • Candidate Engagement: Craft tailored outreach, screen for high-level fit (skills, interest, compensation guardrails, work authorization).
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent the employer brand through outreach content, events, and micro-campaigns.
  • Data & Reporting: Track funnel metrics (response, conversion to screen, quality-of-slate) and continuously optimize channel mix and messaging.
  • Tooling: Leverage ATS/CRM for tagging, sequencing, talent pools, and compliance (GDPR/PDPA).

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

  • 2-4 years in sourcing/recruitment; strong boolean/X-ray; CRM/ATS proficiency
  • Experience building diverse pipelines; comfortable screening through high-volume of CVs
  • Strong storytelling and candidate experience mindset.
