Responsibilities
- Proactively map organizations and markets to identify the best talents and generate strong market knowledge and intelligence
- Build innovative and market leading candidate sourcing plans to attract the best talent to the company
- Provide quality, customized and diverse long-lists and shortlists for open roles and pipelines / projects
- Drive exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer ensuring robust communication at each stage
- Generate powerful data-driven insights to present to the business and hiring teams to lead consultation and outstanding hiring outcomes
Qualifications
- 2-3 years talent acquisition experience (e.g. headhunting, recruiting, talent sourcing, etc.), or industry experience related to the role
- Significant experience of direct sourcing strategies and proactive market mapping through online and interactive methods
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Data curious with experience using data and insights to consult and tell the full story
- Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and structure
