Job Brief
To assist clients in developing compliant and appropriate tax strategies to meet their business goals and local tax authorities expectation.
Job Responsibilities
- To support Manager in all stages of the transfer pricing engagements including but not limited to transfer pricing reviews, benchmarking and price setting for inter-company transactions.
- To demonstrate an understanding of transfer pricing concepts and effectively apply economic/ financial knowledge to resolve client challenges.
- Proactively assist in the management of several clients while reporting to Assistant Managers and above.
- Providing a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing by preparing quality documentations and assisting in defending transfer pricing in audit situations.
- Liaise with officers from the Inland Revenue Board, Ministry of Finance and other government agencies in connection with client engagements.
- Keep abreast on the latest developments in transfer pricing in Malaysia.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree and/or anu professional qualification in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Taxation or other similar disciplines.
- Knowledge of managing functional analyses interviews to identify and assess client's inter-company transactions.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team, and able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
