Role Description

The Tax Senior will play a key role in providing expert tax services and compliance solutions to clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Setapak. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing tax returns, advising on tax laws, conducting tax planning and research, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting in audits. The Tax Senior will also mentor junior staff and collaborate with other teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in tax consultancy, compliance, and advisory services
• Knowledge of tax planning, research, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with tax auditing and return preparation
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or related qualifications are an advantage
• Experience in a corporate or public accounting firm is preferred
• Proficiency in using accounting and tax software
