Job Title: TCOE Test Manager

We are seeking a results-driven professional to join a technology-focused, fast-paced environment supporting critical banking and financial operations. This contract position provides the opportunity to lead system integration testing initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth delivery of complex digital banking projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive system integration test strategies, plans, and schedules, ensuring all entry and exit criteria are clearly defined.
- Lead test execution across multiple teams and external partners, validating seamless functionality across upstream and downstream systems.
- Supervise test case creation, review, and execution for end-to-end workflows and integrated systems.
- Manage test environments, data preparation, and readiness for all testing phases.
- Monitor, triage, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and integration challenges early, providing mitigation plans and escalating critical issues when needed.
- Act as the main point of contact for testing status and governance, delivering regular updates, reports, and metrics to stakeholders.
- Support handover of testing outputs to subsequent phases, including UAT, and promote adherence to standardized testing practices and automation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Test Manager or TCOE lead, preferably in digital banking or financial services environments.
- Strong knowledge of core banking platforms, APIs, and complex integration testing scenarios.
- Hands-on experience managing automation testing initiatives using tools such as Selenium and Tosca.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with test and defect management tools such as Jira is a plus.
