Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager / Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure and middleware projects within the Service Build Engineering (SBE) domain. The candidate will work across RHEL, middleware platforms (JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, Kafka), and database environments, ensuring smooth delivery, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and middleware projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.
• Act as the primary technical delivery liaison between infrastructure teams, application teams, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee implementation and upgrades of RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, Kafka, and associated systems.
• Ensure proper integration and support for databases including Oracle and MySQL.
• Drive adherence to infrastructure build standards and project governance frameworks.
• Coordinate Unix/Linux system administration activities for project delivery.
• Track project progress, risks, and issues ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members within SBE.
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and communication are consistently maintained.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 6-9 years in infrastructure project management and delivery.
• Platforms/Products: RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, Kafka.
• Server/Database Expertise: Oracle, MySQL.
• Languages: Unix scripting, SQL.
• Operating Systems: Unix/Linux.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure delivery lifecycles, middleware platforms, and database integration.
• Proven track record of delivering complex infra projects in enterprise environments.
