Supervise and guide a team of field sales, providing coaching, developing strategies, and monitoring performance to achieve KPIs.
Identify localized business opportunities to drive merchant growth and achieve team targets.
Collaborate with the business leads and cross-functional teams to align with ShopeeFood's business objectives.
Support the development of win-win solutions for partners and ShopeeFood based on business needs.
Drive localized business growth through competitor analysis, sales planning, and merchant engagement strategies.
Proactively manage relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and growth within your designated area.
Ensure the team meets operational and strategic goals while maintaining a focus on merchant success.

Requirements

Based in Johor with knowledge of the local market landscape.
Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably but not limited to Business, Commerce, or Marketing.
Familiarity with e-commerce, food delivery, and partnerships.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with good business acumen.
Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Effective in collaborating with stakeholders and working within cross-functional teams.
Innovative problem-solver with the ability to analyze issues and develop practical solutions.
Prior experience in people management / leading a team is preferred.
Excellent command of English; fluency in additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) is an advantage.
