Responsibilities
Managing a team of Client Services Managers (CSMs) that provides sales support to Private Wealth Client Advisors. Reporting directly to Head, Private Wealth Malaysia. This is a client-facing role.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for the overall achievement of the team's objectives of reducing administrative load on Client Advisors to increase their sales productivity
Ensuring the availability, quality, and efficiency of CSMs responding to Client Advisor or Client requests within the scope of work of CSMs
Ensuring TAT and accuracy of requests are met
Communicating with, and meeting clients as and when required
Providing leadership and mentorship to members of the team
Requirements
5-7 years of working experience
Experience in Wealth Management
Experience in managing people would be an added advantage
Experience in serving High Net-Worth and Ultra High Net-Worth clients would be an added advantage
Licensing Requirements:
FIMM Unit Trusts, ASNB (Pre-requisite)
IPPC Retail Bonds/Sukuks, Structured Products and FX (Pre-requisite)
SC Modules 6 & 7 Equities (To be obtained within 12 months into role)
PCE-Gen, PCE-Life, CEILLI, TBE- Gen, TBE-Life (To be obtained within 6 months into role)
