Focus on relationship growth of existing customer portfolio, both in lending and liability businesses and marketing for potential / new business opportunities.
Supervise the preparation and processing of Credit Application / Annual Reviews / Credit Memo / Request for Variation.
Monitor and manage credit quality loans portfolio.
Business development and prompt CA processing for timely approval.
Provide support and structuring of loans packages to facilitate business growth and income.
Inculcate and maintain good credit quality and standard to comply with established policies and procedures.
Enforce timely annual review of CAs to ensure nil expired CAs.
Conduct regular visits to major customers/ projects financed by the Bank to establish their progress and health.
Job Requirements
Minimum 8-year managerial experiences with solid knowledge of banking operations, services and product offerings
At least 3-year sales and team management track record
Strong customer service experience with specific focus on relationship management
