JOB DESCRIPTION

YOUR ROLE AS A:

ASSISTANT MANAGER, PROCURE TO PAY (ACCOUNT PAYABLE INVOICE PROCESSING)

The Assistant Manager, Procure to Pay (Accounts Payable - Invoice Processing) is responsible for leading the day-to-day P2P operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, tax compliance, and reporting. This role oversees a team, manages vendor reconciliations, supports audit requirements, and drives process improvements to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and strong stakeholder engagement.

WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:

  • Lead a team of Finance Executives in the day-to-day Procure to Pay (P2P) operations.

  • Verify and post supplier PO and NPO invoices accurately into the accounting system within 3 working days.

  • Perform monthly analytical reviews of financial and non-financial data related to Procure to Pay.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and schedules in a timely manner.

  • Review and approve transactions performed by the team.

  • Liaise closely with internal stakeholders as well as external parties, including domestic and overseas auditors.

  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and provide administrative support as assigned.

  • Understand the Withholding Tax (WHT) requirements for each country (e.g., Thailand, India, Indonesia, etc.) and guide the team to ensure zero errors in WHT payments.

  • Ensure all monthly tax reports are prepared and submitted on time.

  • Identify and highlight issues, think proactively, and improve payment processing procedures.

  • Provide problem-solving support, advice, and guidance to the team when issues arise.

  • Perform vendor reconciliations and clear long outstanding invoices together with CF and the team.

  • Maintain active customer service engagement and ensure communication is prompt and accurate.

  • Escalate production issues to the Team Leader when necessary.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.

  • At least 3 - 5 years(s) of working experience in the Account Payable.

  • Have knowledge and experience of Oracle, OCR, AI-Bot Automate etc.

  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Leadership

  • Able to communicate well with all levels of stakeholders.

  • Dynamic, result-oriented, can do attitude.

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
