The primary purpose of this front-line position is to build and lead a Rebate team, assisting the Rebate Manager in the processes determined and by assigning right task ensure team is fully motivated by providing timely guidance assist Rebate Manager in retention, attrition, and replacement without disruption to the service levels.
. Lead a team (3-5 Members) to ensure workload is adequacy covered on a daily basis.
. Monitoring and reporting the anomalies of operations to the Rebate Manager by scrutinizing the operational reports and GL's and assist to regulate the service level agreements.
. Guide a team by assigning the right task to right skills, develop staff and ensure the team is fully motivated, provide coaching and guidance to ensure peak performance
. Support Rebate Manager (As and when assigned on the critical escalations which requires detailed analysis and or collaboration with other team to solve the business issue)
. Maintain Vendor/Customer and BU relationships and excellent services and support and resolve discrepancies.
. Review performance data and verify monthly Financials movement analysis report, quarterly YoY variance analysis, monitor and measure productivity and overall effectiveness.
. Assist Rebate Manager in staff retention, attrition and replacement without disruption to service levels.
. Strengthen control and accountability of Rebate end to end process.
. Guide team to Provide Rebate analytical, finance and audit support to stakeholders and Auditors.
. Understand and support Set up of computation methodology. Verify the accuracy of the and Rebate accruals computation and manage monthly accrual proposal with Rebate Manager and Country Finance Manager Manage overall day to day operation by reviewing accounting entries, true ups and other issues.
. 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience . 1 to 3 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.
. Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in University degree in accounting or business administration.
. Possesses strong data entry skills. . Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
. Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)
. Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others. Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level
