What would the role be
- To strategize on software architecture, best practice and team coordination.
- Managing and enhancing existing Online Web Service Applications and platform.
- Managing an array of web-based apps using .NET, ASP C# and .NET applications for Mobile and Messaging platforms;
- Provide end-to-end project management between internal team and other teams across the company.
- Responsibilities range from leading a team for coding, testing, documentation, quality checking and maintenance of programs/ object/ components of software application.
- Daily and weekly brainstorming on Quality check, program code, related objects and documentation.
- Analyze and document the requirements and approaches to data conversion and data modelling.
What are the pre-requisites
- Have minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of success in leadership positions.
- Experienced in building and scaling multi-platform products across devices and regions.
- Expertise in delivery methods and building self-organized, Agile teams.
- Expertise in one or more of; Data Architecture, Micro services or payments
- Passion for software products, technology with a strong view on how software will impact the world
- Well-rounded knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Scope project requirements, develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress;
- Collaborate with project teams to design, develop and implement digital projects;
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks;
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues;
- Continuously assessing working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skill;
- Self-planning capability.
- Required skill(s): MVC, .NET, C#, MS SQL and Web Service;
- Having strong development knowledge and skills in Object-Oriented Programming & Web Services (ie. Web API, .NET, XML);
- Strong in MS SQL query and store procedure
