Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor daily team performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to drive productivity and sales conversions.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and deliver coaching sessions to enhance team skills.
  • Manage and track sales pipelines, conversion ratios, and client engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations and client stakeholders to align on business objectives, campaign updates, and process improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B Sales and Telesales Experience required
  • Insides Sales experience is a plus point
  • Fluency in English(Verbal and written) is a must
  • Working hour will follow project needs and serving country
