Summary
You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Security is responsible for assisting in the smooth operations of the security operations of the Security team.
Qualifications
- Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
- Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Safety and Security.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as Team Leader - Security within luxury hotels is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of security procedures, protocols, emergency response and equipment.
- Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills are essential.
