Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Keep management updated: Prepare weekly performance reports to management and client requirements; ensures daily governance effectiveness & SLA targets exceeds client expectations
  • Define Sutherland's reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction; conduct transaction auditing sessions
  • Impact the bottom line: Drive metrics awareness programs and performance improvement projects; produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations
  • Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • At least 2 years experience in Accounts Payable (invoice processing, payments or vendor master, vendor reconciliation end to end exposure)
  • At least 1 year people manager experience.
  • Have good knowledge of performance metrics, their measurements and thresholds / targets.
  • Have strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements.
  • Extremely good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Feedback & Coaching skills.
  • Hands on experience on MS-Excel and Power Point.
  • Have basic exposure to statistical tools and approaches, trend analysis & cause analysis.
  • Required experience in order entry/management, claims/returns, journal entries, etc.
  • Experience in order management & omni-channel customer care.
  • Proficient with English, Mandarin and Korean language.
