About The Role
We are looking for a motivated
Team Member, Data Maintenance to join our team at RHB Bank Berhad. In this role, you will support data maintenance and operational processes across multiple banking systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will also play a key role in improving processes to enhance productivity and deliver a better customer experience.
What You Will Be Doing
- Execute operational tasks and provide support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Support ALS and IM data maintenance for loans and financing
- Handle CIS SOF POA maintenance requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Support Singapore CIS and account maintenance activities
- Assist in Singapore audit confirmation processes
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer centricity
What We're Looking For
- A degree an institution recognized by the Government of Malaysia
- Candidates with knowledge and/or experience in banking operations, data maintenance, or loan/financing processes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
