Job Description:

• Report directly to Area Sales Manager.
• Responsible for mortgage (consumer loan sales).
• Manages the development and performance of a sales team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any disciplines with an excellent sales performance and have at least 3 to 5 years experience of managing a team in banking or FMCG industry.
• Able to implement business plan and sales strategy.
• Able to recruit, coach and develop sales personnel to become a good performers.
• Able to foster the right team environment for sales personnel to strive for performance excellence.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
