Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Delivery Manager (TDM) with deep expertise in Informatica Power Centre and ETL delivery management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end technology delivery, ensuring successful execution of ETL projects, and working closely with stakeholders to meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
This role requires both technical leadership and project delivery management, with strong hands-on experience in Unix/Linux environments and Oracle databases.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of technology projects within the H2H sub-domain.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of ETL solutions using Informatica Power Centre.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Drive performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes to handle large data volumes efficiently.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the delivery lifecycle.
Provide guidance and mentoring to development teams, ensuring best practices in ETL design and coding.
Ensure infrastructure readiness and smooth integration with Oracle Database (12c / 19c).
Maintain compliance with enterprise architecture, governance, and security standards.
Prepare and present progress updates and reports to senior stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
9+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in project delivery management.
Strong expertise in Informatica Power Centre with hands-on delivery experience.
Proven experience in ETL performance tuning and optimization.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Database (12c / 19c) and SQL query tuning.
Solid experience working on Unix/Linux (RHEL or SUSE) environments.
Strong project management skills (scope, time, cost, and quality management).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience handling high-load ETL systems and large-scale enterprise data processing.
Exposure to Solaris OS.
Familiarity with Agile/DevOps delivery models.
Previous experience in financial services / H2H domain will be an advantage.
