- Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems.
- Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot hosting / email.
- Deploy, configure and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server operating system.
- To check and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly backup being completed according to existing retention policy.
- Provide technical support for level on escalation issues via helpdesk.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
- Able to work rotational shift.
- Familiar with operating system, such as Linux, and Windows.
- Knowledgeable in hardware for PC, Server and Switching.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimum supervision.
- A highly motivated and innovative team player.
- Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and be a team player.
