About the Role
We are seeking a Tech Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support our recruitment ramp-up for technology roles within a banking environment. This is a temporary, 6-month contract role suited for an immediate starter with hands-on recruitment experience in financial services technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for banking technology roles (engineering, infrastructure, security, and delivery functions).
- Handle employment pass applications, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and efficient processing.
- Maintain accurate and timely hiring records through both manual trackers and ATS systems, ensuring full visibility of pipeline status.
- Prepare structured and competitive salary proposals, aligning with internal ranges, compa-ratio benchmarks, and internal parity considerations.
- Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and stakeholders to deliver seamless and professional candidate experiences.
Required Technical Skills
- Proven experience recruiting for banking technology roles.
- Strong working knowledge of employment pass application processes and nuances.
- Comfortable managing recruitment pipeline via ATS platforms and manual trackers.
- Demonstrated capability in preparing in-house salary proposals aligned to ranges, compa-ratios, and parity checks.
