About The Job

• Technical Leadership: Provide advanced technical guidance, mentorship, and troubleshooting support to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers.
• Multi-Domain Deployments: Take the lead on multi-product project deployments, testing, and commissioning to meet client timelines.
• Incident & Problem Resolution: Manage complex, cross-domain technical incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document implementation lessons learned and host team knowledge-sharing sessions to boost team capabilities.
• Service Reviews: Conduct service reviews prior to project closure to ensure solution quality and client satisfaction.
  
  

the requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on technical network experience with a proven track record managing complex projects.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Networking, Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• Technical Stack: Deep expertise in TCP/IP routing, network packet analysis tools, network configurations, and Cisco products/technologies.
