Technical Architect

About Position:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Architect to lead the design and development of scalable backend systems and enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of experience, a strong foundation in Java-based technologies, cloud platforms, and Agile methodologies, along with 1–4 years of team management experience.

What You'll Do:

• Architecture Design: Define and implement scalable backend architectures using Java and Spring Boot.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and Agile methodologies.
• Project Management Tools: Use JIRA and Confluence for tracking and collaboration.
• API Management: Design and manage APIs using API Gateway and Controllers.
• Containerization: Deploy and manage applications using Docker.
• Version Control: Manage code repositories using GIT (very important).
• Build Tools: Utilize Gradle or Maven for build and dependency management.
• Database Integration: Work with MySQL, SQL, or MongoDB for data storage and access.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit testing, debugging, and ensure code quality.
• System Knowledge: Work with QBase systems (very important).
• Agile Delivery: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
• Design Patterns: Apply standard design patterns to ensure maintainable and scalable codebases.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 10–12 years of experience in backend development and architecture
• 1–4 years of team management experience
• Strong command of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices
• Hands-on experience with Docker, GIT, and API Gateway
• Familiarity with QBase systems
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Gradle/Maven, MySQL/SQL/MongoDB
• Strong debugging, testing, and documentation skills
