Technical Architecture Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Architecture Engineer to support Alibaba Cloud customers by delivering technical solutions, resolving complex issues, and assisting with cloud migration and implementation projects. This role combines hands-on technical support with project delivery responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers using Alibaba Cloud, including troubleshooting and solution delivery

• Deliver implementation and deployment work based on project requirements and service SOW, including cloud migration support

• Complete project tasks assigned by technical managers on time and with high quality

• Analyze complex technical issues, track progress, and ensure full resolution

• Summarize customer usage scenarios and maintain/update technical documentation

• Continuously improve team efficiency through process optimization and automation tools

• Support customer engagements with 30%–50% travel for on-site visits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields

• 1–3+ years of experience in cloud platform usage, development, or technical support

• Strong understanding of Linux systems, including command-line operations and system architecture

• Solid computer science fundamentals with proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Go, or Python)

• Familiarity with cloud computing and cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) is preferred

• Knowledge of common infrastructure services such as:

• NTP

• YUM

• DNS

• Firewall configurations

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues

• High technical sensitivity and strong risk awareness

• Good documentation and knowledge management skills

• Languages: Mandarin and English required

• Working Hours / Overtime: In accordance with local labor laws

• Business Travel: 30%–50% (customer-facing work required)
