IT Solution Analyst
Location: Seremban, Malaysia
Experience: 5-12 Years
Job Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Design, develop, implement, and support quality IT applications.
- Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Technical Specification Documents (TSD).
- Support FUT, SIT, and UAT testing activities.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Participate in incidents, service requests, change requests, and project delivery.
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT application development, implementation, and support.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a System/Solution Analyst.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of C#.NET, Java, Mendix, PL/SQL is an advantage.
- Good spoken and written English.
