Role Overview

Responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring solutions are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality standards while coordinating across technical teams and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical delivery plans.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate technical teams including developers and technical analysts.
• Facilitate solution discussions with technology teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and manage timely resolutions or escalations.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
• Define and oversee testing strategies and ensure resolution of critical defects.
• Coordinate agile delivery activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Prepare project status updates and facilitate governance meetings.
• Ensure deliverables comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.

• Knowledge of API technologies (e.g., RESTful APIs)
• Relevant experience in technology delivery, project management, or technical leadership roles.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and complex system implementations.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with system integration and API technologies is advantageous.
