Role Summary

Systemizer Technic is hiring a Technical Manager / Delivery Manager to lead and strengthen our Technical Delivery Team. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery across enterprise infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, backup, virtualization) and automation using Red Hat Ansible. You must be hands-on enough to lead field deployments, credible enough to engage customers, and structured enough to run delivery operations (resource planning, quality control, documentation, handover, and project governance). You will also work closely with management to identify new service opportunities and improve how we package and deliver recurring services.

Key Responsibilities

1) Delivery Leadership & Execution

Lead and manage technical delivery for projects involving:

  • enterprise servers, storage, and virtualization platforms
  • backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • automation (Ansible) and infrastructure operations improvements

Own delivery outcomes: timeline, quality, customer satisfaction, and project sign-off

Establish and enforce delivery discipline:

  • deployment checklists, runbooks, documentation standards
  • change control, acceptance criteria, and handover procedures

Drive faster project completion and reduce rework through standardization and templates

2) Technical Team Management

Lead a team of engineers and oversee day-to-day delivery operations

Coach, train, and develop engineers (technical capability + customer professionalism)

Plan resource allocation based on project pipeline and priority

Conduct performance feedback, skills mapping, and certification planning

3) Customer Engagement & Service Mindset

Act as the senior technical point of contact for key customers and escalations

Lead technical discussions with customers including:

  • solution deployment planning
  • risk and change management
  • troubleshooting and incident support when needed

Maintain a service-oriented approach:

  • balance customer needs with company constraints
  • set clear expectations and protect scope/margins via professional change control

4) Process Improvement & Business Contribution

Work with the management team to identify:

  • new service offerings (OPEX / subscription / managed services opportunities)
  • operational improvements to increase delivery efficiency and margin

Support pre-sales where needed (technical validation, project approach, delivery feasibility)

Contribute to building a stronger recurring services engine (support tiers, SLAs, renewals)
