Job Title: Senior Technical Delivery Manager (Silverlake Deposits)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of core banking initiatives with a strong focus on Silverlake Deposits. This role is suited for someone with deep experience in the Silverlake Integrated Banking System (SIBS), strong technical leadership, and delivery management experience on the AS400 platform. You will be managing technical teams, overseeing solution design, and ensuring timely and high-quality implementations within the Deposits module, with potential collaboration across other core banking areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
9+ years of experience in Core Banking IT delivery, with deep involvement in Silverlake SIBS systems.
Proven experience in:
o Deposits module within Silverlake
o AS400/DB2 environment
o RPG programming language
In-depth knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, release, and support.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to adjacent modules like:
o Customer
o Loans
o Channels
o Customer Self-Service
o Reporting
o Wealth Management
Experience in managing DevOps or ALDON-based deployment practices on AS400.
