Job Description

An established local civil and structural (C&S)engineering consultancy is seeking a qualified Civil and Structural Engineer tolead a team of engineers and BIM modelers in delivering prestigious projects acrossSingapore and the region. Key responsibilities include:

. Conduct feasibility studies, developconceptual designs, and prepare technical specifications.

. Review designs, recommendtechnical solutions, and ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on time.

. Oversee projects from inceptionthrough completion.

. Lead and supervise engineersand drafters in carrying out their duties.

. Represent the company atconsultant and site meetings.

. Serve as the Qualified Person(QP) for assigned projects.

Requirements:

. A collaborative team playerwith strong verbal communication skills who can also work independently.

. Strong people-management skillsand experience leading engineering teams.

. Strong knowledge of structuraldesign and the supervision of building and infrastructure projects.

. Thorough knowledge of localstatutory and regulatory requirements.

. At least 12 years of experienceas a Civil and Structural Engineer.
