Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinates and provides technical expertise for mid- to large-scale projects.
- Establishes and maintains technical client relationships, contributing significantly to business development.
- Drives the development and enhancement of technical skills within the department.
- Engages in technical business development activities.
- Delivers specialized technical guidance in studies and designs based on expertise.
- Reviews, approves, and signs off on project work.
- Serves as a leader in one or more technological areas.
- Develops engineering budgets and schedules to meet the requirements of large, complex projects.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for all projects and initiatives within the organization
- Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with business objectives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, or a related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in an engineering and / or technical leadership role within the industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technical projects and initiatives
- Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies relevant to our business
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and strategic planning
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams
- Strong project management skills and experience with various project management methodologies
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
