Job Description

Responsibilities

Technical Executive 1 :
To perform simulation for warranty parts.
To monitor transportation for warranty parts recovery process from outlets to Regional Collection Centre (RCC).
To prepare report for parts recovery and transporter performance on monthly basis.
Technical Executive 2 :
To perform simulation for accessories warranty parts.
To analyze and verify vendor technical and warranty report.
To monitor warranty cost sharing between Perodua and supplier

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Automotive or any related field.
Excellent communication skill, negotiation and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to multi-task and work independently, with minimal supervision (under pressure and tight deadlines).
Excellent user of Microsoft Office.
