Job Title: Technical Implementation Manager
Summary
We seek a proactive, results-driven Technical Implementation Manager to oversee the deployment and delivery of our software solutions for clients in financial services and enterprise sectors. This role demands a seasoned professional with deep experience in software implementationespecially within fintech, ERP systems, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical skill set alongside proven project management capabilities to ensure solutions are delivered smoothly, on time, and fully aligned with customer needs. As the liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams, this person will guarantee that our platforms are correctly configured, integrated, and optimized to support clients business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Implementation Management
- Lead full lifecycle software implementation projects, including planning, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and handover.
- Convert business requirements into clear functional and technical deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, QA, support) to drive project success.
- Manage system integrations with client infrastructure such as core banking platforms, ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.
- Oversee change management, ensure environment readiness, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Client Engagement & Delivery Ownership
- Serve as the primary contact for all implementation-related issues.
- Host requirement workshops, review testing phases, and lead project wrap-up meetings.
- Communicate consistently with clients and internal teams about project progress, obstacles, and solutions.
- Cultivate and sustain client relationships to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Lead and coordinate system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
- Track defects, manage resolutions, and document all changes accurately.
- Ensure that the final deliverables meet the agreed-upon business and technical specifications.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues.
- Troubleshoot system integration, data migration, and configuration problems.
- Prepare contingency plans to address key project milestone risks.
Continuous Improvement
- Capture lessons learned and document best practices after each project.
- Propose process improvements and automation to improve efficiency.
- Contribute to refining our implementation methodology for large-scale enterprise deployments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
- 58 years of experience in software implementation, preferably in fintech, ERP, or large enterprise systems.
- Strong technical know-how, including system configuration, data migration (API, ETL), and full testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, regression).
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Ideally, background in financial systems, collections, or recovery platforms.
Project Methodologies & Tools
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or Google Sheets.
- Certifications like PMP or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
