Technical Lead

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia — Millerz Square, Jalan Klang Lama

ETD Digital Global builds custom software, AI automation and operational systems for businesses that need practical digital infrastructure.

We are looking for a Technical Lead to guide engineering delivery across real client and internal projects. This role owns technical direction, supports developers, and ensures work is delivered to a reliable standard.

What you will do:

•⁠ ⁠Lead technical delivery for web, mobile and internal-system projects

•⁠ ⁠Guide developers on architecture, implementation and code quality

•⁠ ⁠Review work, resolve technical blockers and maintain development standards

•⁠ ⁠Turn project requirements into clear technical plans

•⁠ ⁠Improve documentation, release quality and engineering practices

What we are looking for:

•⁠ ⁠2+ years of hands-on software development experience

•⁠ ⁠1+ year of mentoring developers or leading technical delivery

•⁠ ⁠Experience building and maintaining production software

•⁠ ⁠Strong practical problem-solving and communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Able to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur

•⁠ ⁠Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
