Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for leading teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical team in the development and implementation of software projects.
Design and architect software solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and tools to enhance project outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
