Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with deep expertise in Windows operating systems and virtualization technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical projects involving Windows OS and virtualization technologies.
- Provide expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Windows OS, including Windows R&D, Windows Client and Server Products, Active Directory, Group Policy, and AD replication.
- Virtualization technologies, specifically Hyper-V and VMware.
- Storage administration with experience in EMC, IBM, HP SAN, SCSI, iSCSI, and NAS.
- Microsoft failover Clusters, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of File Server, SQL, and Exchange Clusters.
- Networking, including DNS/DHCP, Subnets, VPN, and TCP/IP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and innovation.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both orally and in writing.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of Windows OS and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong team spirit.
- MCSE certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical logic and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Windows Kernel mode debugging and knowledge of Windows Kernel Mode Driver development is a strong plus.
