Job Title: Technical Lead

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive and oversee technical delivery for a large-scale infrastructure or data center migration program. The role requires strong cross-domain expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex migration activities in high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a cross-functional technical team covering platforms, databases, middleware, and related infrastructure domains
- Define and drive the end-to-end migration strategy, approach, and execution plan
- Lead the development and validation of detailed migration runbooks
- Provide technical oversight across infrastructure components including platforms, middleware, databases, networks, and application integration
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Identify and resolve technical risks, issues, and dependencies during migration
- Ensure alignment of technical activities with overall program milestones and objectives
- Maintain high-quality technical documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive testing, validation, and post-migration stabilization activities
Key Requirements
- 8–12 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 5–8 years in a Technical Lead role
- Proven experience leading technical delivery for at least one large-scale infrastructure migration project
- Strong cross-domain knowledge of platforms, middleware, databases, networking, and application integration
- Hands-on experience in defining migration strategies and creating runbooks
- Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure migration environments
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Skills
- Experience in data center migration projects
- Familiarity with cloud migration or hybrid infrastructure environments
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu is an added advantage
- Strong leadership and team mentoring capabilities
