About the job
We are looking for a Technical Manager (cum Architect) with deep experience in building, designing and deploying solutions to solve challenges related to Data Virtualisation and process modernisation using LLMs. The candidate should have strong cloud expertise (AWS/Azure), Cloudera Hadoop, with excellent SQL skills and experience leading end to end Data Engineering projects.
Experience & Skills:
- 6–10 years of experience in Data Engineering/Data Virtualization within BFSI industry.
- Experience architecting and implementing solutions for enterprise clients.
- Strong hands-on experience in AWS and Azure cloud environments.
- Experience with Cloudera Hadoop ecosystem.
- Strong SQL & RDBMS understanding and optimization skills.
- Experience with data governance, metadata, lineage, and security frameworks.
- Ability to lead small team, manage delivery, and engage senior stakeholders.
- Experience using Denodo Assistant to automate impact analysis, query optimization, and debugging workflows is an advantage.
- Experience curating prompts, metadata, and domain knowledge to improve LLM-powered data virtualization assistance.
- Highly desired skills: Delivered and managed Denodo and/or Dataiku projects in BFSI.
- Experience using Denodo Assistant to automate impact analysis, query optimization, and debugging workflows is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture, setup, and implementation of the solutions using Denodo/Dataiku platforms.
- Manage multiple Denodo/Dataiku project teams and delivery governance.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and cloud teams to define target architectures.
- Establish frameworks, standards, accelerators, and best practices.
- Provide leadership in pre-sales, solutioning, and client workshops.
- Convert business requirement into desired data models.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop technical teams toward successful project outcomes.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MCA or IT.
Good to Have:
- Denodo and/or Dataiku and/or AWS Certification.
- Certification in AWS and any open source tools.
- PMP/Scrum/Prince2 certification
- Knowledge on LLM and AIML.
