Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the IT technical team, ensuring strong support and collaboration.
• Supervise the planning, deployment, and upkeep of IT systems and infrastructure across the organization.
• Safeguard the organization's data and IT systems by enforcing security protocols and best practices.
• Partner with other departments to assess their technical needs and deliver appropriate IT solutions.
• Manage end-to-end IT projects, including initiation, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
• Continuously monitor IT system performance to ensure optimal functionality and operational efficiency.
• Create, update, and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and innovations to enhance IT capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT management or an equivalent technical leadership role.
• Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and system operations.
• Hands-on experience with project and service management frameworks such as ITIL or PMP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
