Technical Manager (Geotechnical / Ground Improvement)

We're looking for a Technical Manager to lead our technical department and serve as the senior technical authority for the business unit. Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager, you will take overall accountability for all technical matters and help turn client needs into practical, cost-effective ground improvement solutions.

What you'll do

• Act as the technical focal point for clients, consultants, contractors and authorities on technical and commercial matters, including obtaining design parameters, preparing optimal solutions and following up on proposals
• Provide engineering support across business development and sales, including feasibility studies, technical discussions and negotiations
• Serve as the technical liaison between customers, business development, engineering, operations and other departments, clarifying specifications, scope, performance requirements and contracts
• Lead the technical team in preparing and reviewing ground improvement proposals, and provide technical input into commercial proposals during tenders

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven competency in geotechnical software such as PLAXIS and SLOPE/W
• Extensive knowledge of geotechnical engineering and ground improvement technology
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in client-facing technical roles and tender preparation
