Job Description
- Five or more years in precision machining, CNC or semiconductor-equipment manufacturing
- Experience managing RFQ, quotation, NPI, product transfer and mass production
- Strong customer-facing communication
- Revenue forecasting, cost and P&L exposure
- OTD, production planning, inventory and escalation management
- Able to coordinate remotely from Malaysia Plant with the Vietnam factory and travel when required
- Experience with Project/Product transfer from one country to another (preferred)
- Engineering/Technical background (highly preferred)
- Professional-level English and Vietnamese
- Currently employed and legally able to work in Malaysia (Preferred)
